Love this app, use this multiple times a week as a health care provider in a major hospital. It's simple and accurate (conversion factor wise), and just as good as going online or using the hospital conversion factors. I like that it gives all the equivalents on one page so if a provider changes their mind from fentanyl to dilaudid I can still give both instantly. Highly recommend
As title says, it does not work
CFS
The ads just keep growing down the page and can't see ANY of the conversions. This app WAS great, till the ads ruined it! I'll change the review if fixed! I appreciate the Dev's work, but it's now useless.
It is useful for patients and doctor who try to quit drug, especially in developing country.
Should make reduction perecentage adjustable. I don't like that it's permanently set to 25%. I do appreciate the reminder about incomplete cross tolerance. Thanks quick easy app
Interface could be better but it does the job. Pretty accurate!
Drug conversions

The conversion is pretty much dead on.
